Intense weather will hit multiple cities across Japan from April 4-7, bringing strong winds and heavy rain.
A low-pressure system will impact southern Japan from April 4-7. Flights, rails, and road travel may be disrupted by rain and poor visibility. Flooding is likely in low-lying areas, and strong winds may cause damage or blow away unsecured items. Gale advisories, meaning winds of 39–54 MPH, have been issued for Kadena, Kitanakagusuku, Uruma, Yomitan, Onna, Chatan, and additional high wave and thunderstorm advisories have been issued for Okinawa.
