Airports in Brussels, Belgium will see mass flight cancellations and delays on May 12 due to a strike.

A union strike will bring mass flight cancellations and delays across airports in Brussels, Belgium on May 12. Around half of all flights departing from Brussels Airport will be cancelled, with all departing and arriving flights at Charleroi Airport (Brussels South) being cancelled for the day. Brussels Airlines will be the hardest hit carrier, expecting around 600 of their flights to be cancelled which represents roughly 60% of their operations.

Anti-Monarchy protesters will demonstrate in large numbers at Trafalgar Square in London, United Kingdom on May 9.

An Anti-Monarchy Protest will cause disruptions in downtown London on May 9. Protesters, numbering from around a couple hundred to 2,000 people, will arrive at Trafalgar Square to demand the end of the Monarchy’s role as head of state. Speakers, politicians, and entertainers will be present alongside a heightened police presence. The protest is expected to pass peacefully.
