our team of experts

SafeAbroad began when five career intelligence analysts — from the private sector and government — came together and bonded over their college study abroad experiences. With years of experience developing global risk and international security programs for corporate and government clients, we are pleased to offer enterprise quality global safety programs at an affordable rate for academic institutions and study abroad providers.

SafeAbroad is staffed by a team of certified security analysts and study abroad alumni who possess a deep understanding of the global risk landscape. Our analysts specialize in providing actionable and timely intelligence by actively monitoring real-time sources for worldwide risks that could impact the safety of travelers.
