Current conditions align with seasonal temperature peaks and may persist into early May.

Belgian authorities deployed around 200 soldiers to Jewish institutions in Brussels, Antwerp, and Liege to prevent further anti-Semitic incidents. Road closures will occur in Dublin, Ireland, on March 17 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Dublin will implement multiple road closures across the city center during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Railway workers will stage a nationwide strike on September 30 over unpaid wages since October 2024. Rail services linking Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tarkwa are expected to be disrupted. In Accra, a march will begin at the Ministry of Transport, continue to Parliament, and conclude at the Trades Union Congress of Ghana (TUC).

The Ministry of Health and Social Services in Opuwo city have confirmed 10 measles cases, primarily among unvaccinated individuals. The virus spreads easily through the air and can remain infectious in enclosed spaces for up to two hours. Reported symptoms include high fever, persistent cough, runny nose, red or watery eyes, and rash.

Airport workers to strike at Amsterdam Schiphol on September 24 and October 1; expect major delays and flight cancellations.

Airport staff will walk out on September 24 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and again on October 1 from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The union strikes are part of an escalating dispute over pay, early retirement provisions, and contract conflicts.
