Airport staff will walk out on September 24 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and again on October 1 from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Previous short strikes on September 17 forced the cancellation of over 100 flights, disrupting more than 27,000 passengers. Upcoming strikes will likely cause significant delays and disruptions.

On September 17, protesters organized by the Stop Trump Coalition will gather at Portland Place in London before marching to Parliament Square at 5:00 PM. A similar demonstration on August 13 saw large crowds in attendance, referencing mass protests during Trump’s first term. Expect increased security and potential clashes between protesters and law enforcement.

30,000 protesters will rally at Victoriei Square on September 8 at 12:00 PM and march to Cotrocreni Palace in Bucharest. Demonstrations, ongoing since July over education reforms including larger class sizes and reduced overtime, have prompted a teacher boycott. Other nationwide protests are likely until Education Minister Daniel David holds an audience with union leaders. Victoriei Square and Cotrocreni Palace remain likely sites for further protests.
