Expect heightened security and travel disruptions from June 1 until June 5 in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea due to the 2024 Korea-Africa Summit. The summit will bring representatives from 48 African countries to the Korea International Exhibition Centre. Authorities will raise the terror alert level in Seoul and Gyeonggi to “caution” on June 1 and “warning” from June 2-5.
