Incident Details

Following a night of rioting and looting in Barcelona in which over 100 people were arrested, a group known as Blocus has called for similar unrest in cities across Spain on October 31 including Madrid, Barcelona, Algeciras, and San Pedro de Alcantara. They plan to use large objects to break store windows  and wear masks to avoid identification while looting. It is unknown how many plan to show up, but a heightened police presence is expected in all identified cities.
