At least 14 people have died due to heavy rainfall as flash flooding continues to sweep across Brazil. Brazil’s National Institute of Meteorology will maintain its highest weather alert in São Paulo and the surrounding states, with lighter rain expected through early March. São Paulo International Airport and São Paulo Congonhas Airport remain operational but are experiencing delays and cancellations.
