Exercise caution in Delhi, India amid an ongoing security operation after a car blast killed at least 10 people and injured more than 30 on November 10. According to police, a slow-moving vehicle came to a stop near a red light around 6:42 PM before exploding near the Red Fort monument. Airports, railway stations, government buildings and heritage sites across the country have been put on high alert, according to the Central Industrial Security Force.
