On 3-4 July employees of the Ouigo train service will participate in a 48-hour nationwide strike. Another nationwide strike will occur on 1 July by the railway workers union but Ouigo employees will not take part in this. The strike is to bring attention to working conditions and recognize the employees for their work.
Employees of the Administration of Airports and Auxiliary Services of Air Navigation are expected to stage an indefinite nationwide strike from 00:01 local time on 24 June due to the government’s failure to honor an agreement that was signed on 20 May. Workers are reportedly only attending humanitarian, transit, and medical emergency flights.

On 22 June at 15:16 local time, a magnitude-5.3 earthquake struck 38 km southwest of Salamanca. The effects of the earthquake were most likely felt in the Coquimbo Region, Valparaiso Region, and the Santiago Metropolitan Region. Demonstrators are planning to protest on 23 June demanding the cancellation of the Summer Olympics. Demonstrators will be meeting on 23 June at 18:00 in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and begin their march to Shinku ATLA at 19:00. The event is expected to be peaceful.
Between 23 and 27 June, disruption should be anticipated due to planned anti-government gatherings. These individuals plan to protest against the UK’s departure from the European Union. These protests will begin on 23 June outside Parliament Square from 11:00 to 19:00 local time.
