Outbound flights are canceled for October 22, at South Charleroi Airport in Brussels, Belgium, due to a security staff strike. Because of the staff shortage, authorities cannot ensure the safety of passengers and staff. Inbound flights will resume, but delays are possible. Flights are expected to resume on October 23.
Through at least October 20 in Mexico, severe weather is expected in various coastal regions due to a low pressure weather system. High winds, heavy rainfall, and flooding are all likely as a result of the storms. The regions of Veracruz, Tabasco, and Nuevo León will be the most heavily affected, with three casualties already reported in Nuevo León.

On October 20 at 12:00 PM, activists associated with the Platform for Constitutional Spain and affiliate organizations will protest at Plaza de Castilla. The demonstration is planned to denounce the deterioration of democracy and demand a new general election. Increased security and disruptions on roads and walkways are likely. Clashes between police and demonstrators are possible.

Recently, North Korea labeled South Korea a “hostile state” following acts of aggression toward South Korea, including the destruction of roads and railways.
