Tropical Storm Jangmi will be active from August 9th until at least August 11th. Those in the affected areas should expect heavy rainfalls and high winds reaching speeds of 90 km/hr. These conditions may lead to flooding, disruptions in travel, and power outages.

The excessive heat and dry conditions may lead to increased wildfire activity making air conditions dangerous for vulnerable groups such as children, elderly, and those with respiratory issues.
