Public sector employees will strike for 72 hours on April 8-10. The strike will disrupt municipal-level services, including healthcare, public transport and administrative offices. Federation of Municipal Workers’ Unions of Santa Fe (FESTRAM) organized the strike to demand higher wages and denounce the provincial government’s lack of commitment during collective bargaining negotiations. No demonstrations have been announced in conjunction with the strike.
