Incident Details

Tropical Storm Wutip initially made landfall in Hainan on June 13, and then made landfall again in Guangdong province where it is forecast to weaken into a storm remnant by June 15 near Jiangxi. Strong winds of up to 70 miles per hour and heavy rainfall are expected. Flash flooding and landslides are possible.
