Incident Details

The Blocus movement, an decentralized network, has circulated three protest calls in central Barcelona: two at 5:00 PM near Plaça de Catalunya and Arc de Triomf, and another at 8:00 PM on Passeig de Gràcia. In response to previous violent clashes and looting, police forces will deploy 300+ officers under a Level 4 operation, conduct checks from 3:00 PM, and monitor calls for violence. Bus stops around Plaça de Catalunya will close temporarily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Follow instructions from security personnel.
