Incident Details
On May 21, Andriy Portnov, a former Pro-Russia Ukrainian Politician was shot several times outside Colegio Americano de Madrid. The police were called around 9:15 AM and reported that several people attacked Portnov and fled to a nearby forest area. Investigations are ongoing and police continue the search for the suspects.
