Several air workers’ organizations will strike across Spain starting on March 27 to demand higher pay and improved working conditions, delaying flights across Spain’s busiest airports. Groundforce, a major baggage handler, will strike every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM starting on March 27. Menzies, a slightly smaller baggage handler, will strike from March 28-29 and April 4-6.
