Incident Details
A high-speed train crash on January 19 caused fatalities and has disrupted train services across southern Spain. The collision occurred just north of Cordoba when two trains collided. At least 39 people have died with 150 people injured at this time.. High-speed service between Madrid and Córdoba, Seville, Málaga, and Huelva have been cancelled for the day. Service between Madrid and Cádiz, Algeciras, and Granada will also be affected.
