Tropical Storm Lupit, Now an Extratropical Cyclone, to Possibly Make Second Landfall in Japan on August 9-10

Incident Details

Tropical Storm Lupit, now Extratropical Cyclone Lupit,  is tracking northeastward in Japan and is expected to cause continuous rain in the coming days. Cancellation of flights across the country and more are expected as the storm threatens to make a second landfall. There have been evacuation orders of more than 290,000 people across many cities in Japan.
