Southern Mexico to Experience Heavy Rainfall and Storms Leading to Possible Floods Until June 13

The Southern region of Mexico is currently experiencing heavy rainfall and an incoming surge of storms this weekend that is expected to generate heavy flooding. The weather conditions may cause landslides and hail. Individuals should expect travel disruptions until 13 June. Affected areas include Chiapas, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Tabasco, Veracruz and Puebla.
