Tropical Storm Ulysses Forecast to Become Severe Tropical Storm in the Next 24 Hours from November 9

Incident Details

On 9 November, Tropical Storm Ulysses formed out of a Tropical Depression in the Philippine Sea. Ulysses is forecast to become a severe Tropical Storm in the next 24 hours before strengthening further to become a Typhoon on 11 November, prior to its landfall in the Bicol-Quezon area on 12 November. Moderate to heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected.
