Over the coming week, activists will gather in public squares, near government buildings, on roadways, and at transport hubs in cities across Europe to denounce the Israel-Hamas conflict. Presence of security forces will likely be heightened due to the significance of the October 7 anniversary. Disruptions to transport are likely and clashes between police and activists may take place at any demonstrations that materialize. Associated acts of terrorism are possible.
