As of September 24, severe flooding has heavily impacted above and below ground travel in London, United Kingdom. 

As of September 24, recent heavy rains have caused landslides and flooding in London and the surrounding area. The severe weather and flash floods have impacted London roads and the London Underground transport network. So far, transport between Rayners Lane, Richmond, South Acton, and Uxbridge has been suspended.

The overflow of two dams on September 15 has caused severe flooding in Poland and prompted a state of emergency.

On September 15 in Poland the Międzygórze reservoir and the Stronie Śląskie reservoir were both overwhelmed by recent severe rains. The overflow resulted in Bystrzyca Kłodzka being evacuated. Temporary shelters have been set up in schools and the Gorzanów Palace. The flooding in southern Poland has caused two deaths  and has led the Prime Minister to declare a state of emergency.

On September 15 Tegucigalpa, Honduras will be celebrating the Independence Day with an increased security presence due to recent protests.

On September 7, flooding from the recent heavy rains in Southern France collapsed a section of Route Nationale 134 in Pyrenees-Atlantiques, just outside Urdos. The collapse has rendered the section of RN 134 impassable, and travel between the region and the French-Spanish border will be extremely limited for the time being. No estimate was given on when the route would be fixed.

Since September 2 in Colombia, truckers have gone on strike and blocked off roads around various cities in protest of diesel prices.

Since September 2, truckers in Colombia are striking and blocking major roads in protest of increased diesel prices. The roadblocks are concentrated in Bogota, but are also present  in Medellin, Barranquilla, and Cali. The strike has significantly affected the availability of food and goods countrywide. There is no determined end date to the strike or roadblocks.
