On October 16 at 7:15 PM, a shooting near the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels, Belgium, left two people dead. The gunman immediately fled the scene, and is still at large. Authorities believe the incident to be connected to “Day of Rage” and have raised Belgium’s threat level to the maximum. Heightened security is in place in the area as authorities search for the suspect.
