Heightened Security at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India on November 5

Incident Details

Heightened security at Indira Gandhi International Airport is to be expected following a terror alert. The threat was issued by the Khalistan separatist Sikhs For Justice militant group. The group threatened to disrupt two London-bound flights on 5 November. Although terror alerts are regularly issued in the capital, all threats should be taken seriously until proven otherwise.
