Canada’s weather service has announced extreme weather alerts for Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, Saskatchewan, and Ontario provinces. Forecasts predict up to 27 inches of snow and temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit through February 19.
