The Panhellenic Seamen’s Federation (PNO), representing ferry staff members, has planned for a 48-hour nationwide strike from 10 November 06:00 local time to 12 November 06:00 local time. The work stoppage was planned to protest poor wages that have been unsuccessful in keeping up with the rising cost of living throughout the country.
