Incident Details

Between October 31 and November 1, Typhoon Kong-rey will make landfall on parts of Luzon island and then is expected to intensify into a super typhoon before making landfall in Taiwan. The typhoon will also impact parts of the Philippines and the Okinawa region of Japan. Heavy rains and high tides will impact travel, businesses, and electricity.
