Greece Imposes COVID-19 Lockdown Measures From November 7 to 30

Incident Details

The government will impose lockdown measures beginning on 7 November until 30 November in response to the increase in COVID-19 cases. All retail businesses will be closed, except pharmacies and supermarkets, and travel between regions will be banned. Authorities will reintroduce a system obliging citizens to text a government number whenever they leave their homes. Taxis will only allow one passenger unless it is a family unit, couples, or people requiring assistance per ride.
